The white ETI Thermapen Classic 231-217 is a professional instant-read folding-probe thermometer for food safety, HACCP checks, catering, laboratories and production environments. It delivers readings in approximately three seconds across -49.9 to 299.9 °C. Resolution is selectable between 0.1 °C and 1 °C, with accuracy of ±0.4 °C from -49.9 to 199.9 °C and ±1 °C outside that range. The reduced-tip stainless-steel penetration probe rotates through 180° and folds safely into the washable ABS body, which includes Biomaster product protection.
