The powerful, compact centrifuge is designed for middle to higher centrifugation requirements and is therefore suitable for a wide range of laboratory and testing facilities. The rotor can be secured and removed for convenient loading and cleaning by the twisting centre knob. The included tube adapter sleeves and spacers allow the rotor to use a variety of tube sizes: 5 ml microcentrifuge tubes, 15 ml conical centrifuge tubes, 10 to 18 ml tubes (round, conical and flat bottom). The device issues an error message if the lid is not closed or the device is not balanced.
