The Macherey-Nagel CHROMABOND QuEChERS Mix II is a pre-weighed MgSO4 extraction mixture designed for the sample preparation and determination of pesticides in food samples. Each tube contains 6 g MgSO4 and 1.5 g Na-Acetate, individually weighed and filled into a 15 ml centrifuge tube for consistent, reproducible results. Part of the comprehensive CHROMABOND QuEChERS range, Mix II is used in the extraction step prior to clean-up with one of the complementary clean-up mixtures (Mix III–VI).
